Description

This Gaspard Brochet "Rosé" Extra-Brut Champagne is a Rosé de Saignée (indicated by the "fin de presse de Pinot noir" designation) produced by EARL Domaine Les Croix in Écueil. Production is extremely limited, with only 6,633 bottles made in homage to the winemaker's great-grandfather, Louis Brochet. The wine is sourced from three Premier Cru villages (Écueil, Sacy, and Villers-aux-Nœuds) and is based on the 2022 vintage.
