The Cuvée Les Quatre Terroirs N°21 Brut Nature is a creation of Georges Remy , winemaker in Bouzy. It brings together four Premier Cru villages: Bouzy, Ambonnay, Louvois and Tauxières , for a sincere interpretation of Champagne Pinot Noir.
The blend combines 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay , harvested over three vintages: 2021 (76%) , 2020 (23%) , and 2019/2018 (1%) . The wine is aged on fine lees in barrels , unfiltered, and may have a slight natural deposit.
Drawn in July 2022 , disgorged in November 2024 , it is undosed (Brut Nature) . Cuvée limited to 11,917 bottles , 400 magnums and 49 jeroboams , produced by Domaine Georges Remy – RM-30361-01 in Bouzy.

Tasting profile
Complex nose of red fruits , sweet spices and smoky notes . On the palate, assertive structure and chalky texture , with pure minerality and dynamic bubbles . The finish is persistent, slightly saline.
