This "Au Bout du Chemin" Champagne is a Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Extra Brut , produced by SCEV Champagne Girard-Bonnet in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. It is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Premier Cru vineyards of Vertus and Voipreux. True to the house's approach, the vineyards are cultivated using respectful practices (planting, biodynamics, eco-grazing). The blend is based on the 2022 vintage, supplemented with reserve wines, and the wine has a low dosage (2 g/L - Extra Brut).
