This Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne from Gonet Sulcova is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes , primarily from Montgueux (95%) and a touch from the Grand Cru vineyard of Mesnil-sur-Oger (5%) . This blend results in a lively, precise, and balanced wine. It is produced by SCEV Beauregard in Épernay (NM-128-002), with meticulous attention to the finesse and expression of the varietal.
