Tasting profile
Tasting profile
A very mineral and pure Blanc de Blancs thanks to the Brut Nature. Aging in oak barrels adds complexity and volume on the palate. Expect notes of lime, chalk, and green apple, with a lively, taut, and very long finish, underscored by the purity of zero added sulfites.
Serving temperature: 10°C to 13°C
Food and wine pairings
Food and wine pairings
Its purity and lack of dosage make it an excellent gastronomic wine. It pairs perfectly with white-fleshed fish, scallop tartare, or dry goat cheeses.
