This Champagne is a single-vineyard cuvée, "Le Walin," from Domaine Grethen , a Blanc de Noirs (implicitly referring to Pinot Noir) produced in Brouillet , Marne. It is a 2019 vintage and a Brut Nature (with no added dosage, as indicated by the Dosage 0g ). It comes from 31-year-old vines facing east on clay soil. Vinification is carried out using indigenous yeasts without chemical additives, with aging for 36 months in oak barrels and 36 months in bottles , and a minimal addition of sulfites (maximum 30 mg/l ) to preserve the aromas.

A vinous Champagne, with great complexity due to its long aging in oak barrels. Expect notes of dark fruit (cherry, blackberry), brioche, sweet spices, and a pronounced chalky minerality. The finish is dry, pure, and very long.
