Champagne Guiborat – PROHIBITION Extra Brut is a limited-edition 100% Meunier cuvée, sourced from two historic plots located in Mardeuil :

  • The Chestnut Trees (planted in 1954)
  • Les Carrés du Midi (planted in 1960)

Harvested in 2020 with 10% reserve wines (2019), this champagne is vinified with alcoholic and malolactic fermentations , then aged for 7 months on its lees . It was bottled in May 2021 and disgorged in November 2023, with no dosage ( 0 g/l ).
