This cuvée is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, sourced from the Premier Cru vineyards of Vrigny and Coulommes. The wine is classified as a "living wine" and is characterized by extended aging on its lees, with recent disgorgement in July 2025. The absence of added sugar highlights the purity and complexity developed during its long period on the lees.
