Description

This “La Crayère” Champagne is a Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs from the Bisseuil terroir. It is a blend of two historic parcels, “Les Côtes” (planted in 1963) and “Les Rocheforts” (planted in 1982), both facing South-West on clay-limestone soil. This cuvée, vinified and aged 100% in oak barrels, reflects the typical chalkiness of the Montagne de Reims, highlighted by a very precise Brut Nature dosage.
