This Champagne “La Pirouette” is a Premier Cru Blanc de Noirs that highlights the specific terroir of Bisseuil. Made from the “Haut de la Pirouette” plot planted in 1960, this 100% Pinot Noir benefits from a South-West exposure on clay-limestone soil, offering singular maturity and depth. Entirely vinified in oak barrels and zero dosage (Brut Nature), it expresses with great precision the identity of its original lieu-dit.
