This Grand Cru Champagne reflects the richness of the Montagne de Reims terroirs. Produced by Jacques Rousseaux from old vines in Verzenay and Verzy, it combines the power of Pinot Noir (80%) with the elegance of Chardonnay (20%) for a subtle, balanced, and decidedly gastronomic result.

Tasting tips
This Champagne deserves a few months of rest after disgorging to fully express itself. Serve it between 10 and 12°C in a wine glass to allow its aromas to gently unfold. Its elegant structure makes it an excellent companion for a meal or a high-end aperitif.
Food and wine pairings
Perfect as an aperitif for a refined moment, it also pairs wonderfully with pan-fried foie gras, poultry in a cream sauce, or a platter of soft cheeses. A Champagne that is both refined, expressive, and structured.
