The Rosé de Saignée cuvée from Champagne Jacques Rousseaux is produced in Verzenay , a Grand Cru terroir. This 100% Pinot Noir rosé is vinified by maceration, using an artisanal method that reveals the power of the fruit and the freshness of the terroir.

For over 150 years , four generations have succeeded one another in the vineyards and cellars to express the nuances of Verzenay and Verzy. This wine is a precise reading of these terroirs, with a complex aromatic: blackcurrant, raspberry, morello cherry, peppermint, grapefruit, pomegranate .
