This "Les Vignes Basses" Champagne is a 2022 Vintage Blanc de Noirs produced by Julien Prélat in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Aube region (Côte des Bar). It is made entirely from Pinot Meunier grapes , from a plot planted in 1986. The terroir is characterized by Kimmeridgian limestone with marl , typical of the Aube.

This grower Champagne emphasizes sustainable viticulture (without herbicides or insecticides). It is vinified in small stainless steel tanks, has undergone malolactic fermentation, and is an Extra Brut with zero dosage (0 g/l), highlighting the purity of the vintage and terroir. Disgorgement took place in April 2025.
