The Mignon Brothers – Cramant 2018

60,00 € 80,00 € / 1 l

Description

This Grand Cru “Cramant 2019” Champagne is a high-class Blanc de Blancs from the prestigious Cramant terroirs. Julien and Florent Mignon worked with historical vines planted in 1974 (massal selection) on an east-facing soil of exposed chalk. This vintage benefited from extended aging of 63 months on lees, allowing the natural structure of the Chardonnay to develop complexity. With a minimalist dosage of 1.6 g/L, this brut nature wine expresses the mineral quintessence and elegant power of the Côte des Blancs.
