Les Larmes Célestes 2018 is a sweet white wine from the Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh Controlled Appellation , produced from 100% Petit Manseng harvested by hand in successive passes on the plots of the Bortolussi Family .

This wine is made by Alain Brumont in Maumusson-Laguian, on a south-facing clay-limestone terroir. It benefits from 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks after temperature-controlled fermentation, to preserve its freshness and aromatic richness.
