Lointier - Causica Rosé de Saignée
Lointier - Causica Rosé de Saignée
Published on November 13, 2025
This "Causica" Extra Brut Rosé de Saignée Champagne is produced by Champagne Lointier (EARL Jean-Baptiste Lointier) in Crézancy. This rosé is remarkable for its saignée method, carried out with respect for nature, where the grapes are sorted and macerated for 16 hours to obtain its distinctive color. The juice, gently extracted without pressing, is then aged for 11 months in oak barrels , which gives it its unique character. The dosage is very low ( 1.5 g/L - Extra Brut ). This single-vineyard wine comes from the "Les Brasles" and "Les Cailleaux" vineyards and was disgorged in April 2025.
