The Mellifera Extra Brut V22 cuvée from Champagne Lointier is a sincere and sensitive representation of the different terroirs of the estate , spread between Brasles and Gland , notably the Les Caillaux and Les Geuvaines plots.
Composed of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier , this cuvée reflects a particularly warm 2022 vintage. The grapes were harvested when overripe , then aged for 11 months in oak barrels . True to a philosophy respectful of life, the wine is not clarified , revealing a naturally golden color .
