This 2022 Alsace "Hüt" is a terroir-driven Pinot Noir produced by Maison Mélanie Pfister . This cuvée comes from the "Hüt" plot, located next to the Grand Cru Engelberg in Dahlenheim, a lieu-dit with stony limestone soil and a south-facing exposure, guaranteeing excellent grape ripeness. The wine is made from hand-harvested grapes and is unfiltered , preserving its aromatic richness. Certified organic (AB) and Fair N' Green , this Pinot Noir is prized for its full-bodied character, elegance, and depth.
