This Champagne, "L'Assemblage," is an Extra Brut produced by SAS Vignoble Bauchet - Pertois-Moriset in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. As its name suggests, this cuvée is a perfect balance between the two main Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%). The Pinot Noir comes from the Montagne de Reims (likely contributing power and structure), and the Chardonnay from the Coteaux Sézannais (for finesse and freshness), thus offering a complete aromatic complexity. The Extra Brut designation guarantees a low dosage for a pure and clean expression of the wine.
