This "La DS" Champagne is a Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut of character, crafted by the Ponsart winemakers . This cuvée is a pure expression of Meunier (100%) , the king of grape varieties in the Marne Valley, sourced from the Germigny terroir . Its vinification is particularly meticulous: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation , malolactic fermentation , and aging in oak barrels . Presented as Extra Brut , without filtration or cold stabilization, this Champagne is rich, vinous, and showcases the generous fruit and typical texture of Meunier with great authenticity.

On the palate, the wine is supple and full-bodied, with an enveloping texture. The Extra Brut maintains a balance and a fresh finish, establishing itself as a truly gastronomic Champagne.
