This Champagne is an Extra Brut produced by SCEV Bel'Roy (Rémi Leroy) in Meurville, in the Côte des Bar. Made from grapes grown using natural, single-vineyard methods, the blend is predominantly Pinot Noir (65%) , complemented by Chardonnay (30%) and Meunier (5%) . The base is the 2022 vintage (85%), enriched with 15% reserve wine. The wine is neither fined nor filtered. This Champagne highlights the optimal expression of the Côte des Bar terroir.

Vinous and structured, with a beautiful balance between the fruit of the Pinot Noir and the freshness of the Chardonnay. Notes of red fruit, white peach, and a creamy texture due to aging on the lees. The finish is fresh and long, underscored by the low dosage.
