Ruppert-Leroy - Butterfly 2022

The "Papillon" cuvée is a single-parcel Blanc de Noirs that takes its name from the shape of the "La Fosse" plot from which it originates. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir, it thrives on shallow red clay soil resting on a limestone slab. This particular terroir offers a wine of great vibrancy, combining the grape variety's natural power with an aerial finesse. True to the principles of the Ruppert-Leroy estate, this Champagne is a Brut Nature, certified biodynamic, and vinified without any added sulfur, for the purest possible expression of the fruit and the place.
