This Premier Cru "Brut Nature" Champagne is a Blanc de Blancs produced by the Sadi Malot house, located in Villers-Marmery. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Villers-Marmery terroir, this wine is distinguished by the absence of added sugar at disgorgement, offering a pure and crisp expression of the clay-limestone soil. The cuvée is based on the 2021 harvest, enriched by a Solera of reserve wines to add depth to its natural vibrancy.
