This Premier Cru Champagne "Terre d'Origine" is a Blanc de Blancs produced by the Sadi Malot house in Villers-Marmery. This cuvée, from the 2022 harvest, expresses the typicity of the Villers-Marmery terroir, an island of Chardonnay in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit, this champagne benefits from the addition of reserve wines using a Solera system, offering a perfect balance between mineral freshness and complexity.
