This Savennières "La Plage Abandonnée" is an exceptional dry white wine produced by Domaine Payen in Chaudefonds-sur-Layon, in the Loire Valley . Made exclusively from Chenin Blanc grapes, this wine expresses the nobility of the Savennières terroir, known for its schist soils that impart characteristic minerality and tension. It is a cuvée that combines the freshness of the Loire Valley with a beautiful aromatic structure.
