Pure expression of a sensitive Pinot Noir

The Larmes de Pinot Noir cuvée is a declaration of intent by Simon Rion , a young winemaker based in Courmas. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this confidential champagne is aged for 11 months in 228 L oak barrels , without filtration or fining.

Vinified without artifice, it allows all the finesse and emotion of the grape variety to express itself. Natural cold storage during the winter completes the balance of a vibrant, structured, yet delicate wine. Each bottle is a tear of terroir.

Tasting tips

Serve between 10 and 12°C . Open 15 minutes before tasting . Decanting is possible to reveal all the aromatic complexity.
