This 2020 Cramant Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut Champagne from Tellier is a single-vineyard, vintage Blanc de Blancs from the prestigious Grand Cru of Cramant, specifically from the lieu-dit "Les Vignes de Mardu". It is made from old Chardonnay vines (30 years old) planted in shallow soils with outcropping chalk, guaranteeing intense minerality. This Extra Brut is very lightly dosed ( 2 g/L ), aged for 8 months in oak barrels, and then for 40 months on its lees, which gives it a rich texture and great complexity.
