Tellier's La Goutte d'Or Extra Brut 2019 is a single-varietal Blanc de Noirs, made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes. It comes from the "La Goutte d'Or" vineyard in Fontaine-sur-Aÿ , a terroir with shallow soils and outcropping chalk, reflecting the character of this black grape variety. This wine underwent vinification and aging for eight months in oak barrels, followed by extended aging on lees (a minimum of 40 months). Its dosage is very low ( $3 \text{ g/L}$ ), resulting in a powerful Extra Brut that is true to its origin.
