This "Les Conardins" Extra Brut 2020 Champagne is a unique Blanc de Meunier, crafted by the winemaker and farmer Tellier. It comes from a single plot (Les Conardins) located in the village of Moussy, where 55-year-old Pinot Meunier vines are rooted in a terroir rich in flint and chalky subsoil. This Champagne was vinified and aged in oak barrels for 8 months and benefited from a very long aging process of 40 months on the lees. Its extremely low dosage (2 g/L, equivalent to Zero Dosage) makes it a cuvée of great purity, highlighting the frank expression of Meunier on chalk.

A powerful and vinous Champagne, typical of Meunier aged in oak barrels. It offers aromas of ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry), yellow fruits (dried apricot), and spicy, roasted notes from the wood. The palate is full, with fine, creamy bubbles. The extremely low dosage ensures a remarkably pure finish with a beautiful mineral tension.
