This "Les Massales" Extra Brut 2021 Champagne is a single-vineyard, vintage cuvée crafted by the winemaker and farmer Tellier, located on the southern slopes of Épernay. Made from a balanced blend dominated by Chardonnay (55%), it comes from vines aged 30 to 55 years, thriving in a terroir rich in flint and chalky subsoil (Moussy, Pierry, Chavot-Courcourt). Its vinification and aging in oak barrels for eight months impart remarkable complexity and roundness. With a low dosage (4 g/L), it highlights the purity of the fruit and the minerality of its terroir.

Noble fish (line-caught sea bass, turbot), Bresse poultry, pan-fried scallops, or mature cheeses (18-month Comté).
