This champagne from Thomas Perseval is made from a prestigious 2021 harvest, produced in Chamery in the emblematic "Le Hazat" vineyard. Composed exclusively of Pinot Noir, this wine expresses all the finesse and minerality characteristic of the region's Champagne crus.

Certified organic farming by Ecocert, this champagne favors an environmentally friendly approach to the vineyard. Bottled in August 2022, it benefited from more than three years of aging before its disgorgement by hand, carried out on December 7, 2025. This prolonged maturation on lees allowed the wine to develop its aromatic complexity and structure on the palate.

The Brut Nature embodies a minimalist philosophy: zero dosage, allowing the character of the terroir and the vintage to express itself fully. With its 12.5% alcohol, this champagne reveals a beautiful harmony between strength and elegance.
