Tristan Hyest 's Bord de Marne Brut , produced in Trélou-sur-Marne , reveals a strong personality thanks to a blend centered on Meunier (50%) , complemented by Pinot Noir (25%) and Chardonnay (25%) .
This vintage incorporates 50% of wines from the perpetual reserve (solera) , bringing depth and complexity. Dosed at 10 g/L and disgorged in June 2024 , it displays fine bubbles and a generous profile, driven by patient aging.
