The Bord de Marne Rosé Brut cuvée from Tristan Hyest , produced in Trélou-sur-Marne , offers a gourmet and convivial expression of the three great Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay (50%) , Pinot Noir (25%) and Meunier (25%) .
Containing 10% solera wines , this blended rosé has a dosage of 10 g/L and was disgorged in March 2024. The winemaking process was carried out with exacting standards, resulting in supple bubbles and vibrant fruit.
