The Bord de Marne Rosé Brut cuvée from Tristan Hyest , produced in Trélou-sur-Marne , offers a gourmet and convivial expression of the three great Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay (50%) , Pinot Noir (25%) and Meunier (25%) .
Incorporating 10% solera wines , this blended rosé is dosed at 10 g/L and disgorged in March 2024. Vinification carried out with rigor, for a supple bubble and a vibrant fruit.
