The Les 7 Vignes – Extra Brut cuvée from Tristan Hyest , a winemaker in Trélou-sur-Marne , reflects a sensitive and precise vision of Champagne. The perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir , combined with a base from the 2015 harvest and supplemented by a solera , offers a subtle expression of the terroir.
This Extra Brut Champagne is disgorged in June 2024 and low dosage (1.0 g/L), to best preserve its balance and natural freshness. It embodies the artisanal style of the Hyest house with an elegant bubble and meticulous vinification .
