The 7 Crus cuvée from Champagne Agrapart & Fils is a signature wine, produced from a blend of several years and seven Champagne villages, including Avize, Oger, Cramant, Oiry (Grands Crus), as well as Avenay, Coligny, Vauciennes .
This Extra-Brut champagne is produced with a dosage of 6 g/L , and disgorged in March 2025 (batch MAY 2023). It is vinified partly in oak barrels (25%), with fermentation using indigenous yeasts and long aging on lees.
