The Terroirs cuvée from Champagne Agrapart & Fils is a blended wine aged for several years, exclusively made from Chardonnay from the grands crus of Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry .
The estate works its vines without artifice , with plowing of the soil , harvesting at optimal maturity , and fermentation with indigenous yeasts . The aging is long, on lees, with 25% in oak barrels . The wine is produced like an author's champagne , where the identity of the place is highlighted.
