The Les Fleurs du Silence Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Antoine Bouvet is a sensitive expression of the Avenay Val d'Or terroir, produced from harvests ranging from 2015 to 2021 .
This champagne combines the three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay , Meunier and Pinot Noir . The bottling took place on July 12, 2022 , and the disgorgement on November 7, 2024, with a Brut Nature dosage of 0 g/L and a total SO₂ of 22 mg/L .
The philosophy of the estate is clear: “Let the flowers of silence speak, with respect for the living and the terroir.”
