The wine is aged in barrels without filtration or fining, then disgorged on July 8, 2024. The cuvée is Extra Brut , reflecting a taut and unpretentious style. The label features a quote from Victor Hugo: "Tomorrow, at dawn, when the countryside whitens," highlighting the poetic and contemplative character of this terroir-driven wine.
