The Malo Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Aurore Casanova is a sensitive interpretation of the Grand Cru terroir of Mesnil-sur-Oger , produced from Chardonnay from the 2021, 2019 and 2017 harvests .
Guided by observation and contemplation , Aurore and Jean-Baptiste Casanova vinify this cuvée with respect for the environment and all forms of life. The bottling took place on August 1, 2022 , and the disgorging is dated April 2, 2024 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 0 g/L .
