Coming from the Le Mont de Tauxières plot classified as Grand Cru on the Bouzy terroir, this 2019 vintage by Benoît Lahaye combines 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay . The aging is carried out on lees in barrels , followed by 4 years in the cellar before disgorging in January 2025 .
Bottling dates from July 2020 (Lot 71200225). The Champagne is Extra Brut , asserting a purity without makeup. It is part of a certified biodynamic approach (BIODYVIN – FR-BIO-01), reflecting respect for living things in its production.
