This 2018 vintage is a tribute to the Champagne Pinot Noir , produced by SCEV Bertrand-Delespierre in Chamery. Produced exclusively from Premier Cru plots located in Chamery and Écueil , this champagne offers a striking expression of its grape variety.
The vinification is based on 100% vintages , without malolactic fermentation , 35% in demi-muid and 65% in vats . The wine is neither fined nor filtered , guaranteeing maximum purity and authenticity.
Disgorging is planned for May 2024 (lot L19 0524 ), with an Extra Brut dosage of 1 g/L , made with the house expedition liqueur.
