This 2018 vintage is a tribute to Pinot Noir from Champagne , crafted by SCEV Bertrand-Delespierre in Chamery. Made exclusively from Premier Cru plots located in Chamery and Écueil , this champagne offers a striking expression of its grape variety.

The winemaking process relies on 100% single-vineyard wines , without malolactic fermentation , with 35% aged in demi-muids and 65% in tanks . The wine is neither fined nor filtered , guaranteeing maximum purity and authenticity.
