Coming from the terroir of Ecueil , this Champagne by Brice Allouchery is an Extra Brut Premier Cru composed exclusively of Pinot Noir . Vinified with care and bottled in July 2023 , it was aged on lees and disgorged in December 2024. This confidential cuvée, limited to 3,450 bottles , embodies the artisanal rigor and finesse of the black grape variety in Champagne.

This Pinot Noir Premier Cru reveals a beautiful tension, aromas of ripe red fruits, dried flowers and a mineral finish. The bubbles are fine, the body precise and the freshness very present, typical of the Extra Brut style.
