Champagne Brice – Heritage XXII Brut
The Champagne Brice Heritage XXII cuvée comes from the family vineyards of Bouzy and Chigny-les-Roses , certified organic since 2023. The grapes used in the blend are all HVE level 3 certified, illustrating responsible and sustainable viticulture.
Composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay , this Brut reveals a rose-gold color marked by the dominance of black grape varieties. The wines are unfiltered and aged in vats and barrels , for a more expressive texture.
Bottled in July 2023 , it was disgorged in January 2025 , with a dosage of 2 g/L , making a subtle and precise Brut.

Tasting profile
Notes of red fruits , dried flowers and a subtle mineral touch. The palate is straight, precise, with fine bubbles and a nice tension brought by the Chardonnay. Aging in barrels gives additional structure.
