Antoine Chevalier 's 2020 Tecta Silva cuvée is a radical expression of Chardonnay , from the “Les Renardes” plot in Couvrot . The plot is cultivated without weeding or synthetic products , on a southeast-facing clay-chalk (gravel) soil, in the heart of the green Champagne region .
This vintage is vinified without filtration or fining , aged on lees in vats, barrels and sandstone . The wine was drawn on April 7, 2021 after a manual harvest on August 25, 2020. Disgorged on May 15, 2024 , it is offered as Brut Nature – undosed .
This edition is limited to 2,275 copies and produced in Vitry-en-Perthois – RM-34818-01 . It contains natural sulfites < 17 mg/L .
