A refined and unadorned Premier Cru, from a pure terroir
Produced by SCEV Domaine Crété in Moussy , this CDB Brut Nature cuvée is a crystalline expression of the Chardonnay Premier Cru of Villeneuve-Renneville and Cuis . The 2017 vintage, vinified without filtration and without malolactic fermentation , intensely reveals the uprightness and freshness of the grape variety.
Cellared in April 2018 , the wine rests on lees for 4 years before being disgorged in December 2022. The dosage of 3 g/L (Brut Nature) allows the expression of the terroir to be preserved without frills. Produced in only 4000 bottles , this confidential cuvée asserts a strong and committed style.
