David Léclapart – A winegrower’s approach
Based in Trépail , David Léclapart implements an approach based on purity, energy, respect for life and natural balance . The plots are cultivated using certified biodynamic methods , without chemical fertilizers or weedkillers.
The fundamental balances – earth, water, air, fire – are taken into account throughout the growing cycle, according to an ecological philosophy applied to the vineyard and the cellar.
The L'Amateur vintage
