The Les Nogers Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Dhondt-Grellet is a single-plot expression of the Premier Cru terroir of Cuis , from vines planted in 1974 on chalky soil facing northeast .
This 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs is vinified in barrels with malolactic fermentation , aged for 8 months on whole lees , without fining or filtration. Disgorging is dated July 2024 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 1 g/L .
The philosophy of the estate is based on peasant viticulture and soil cultivation , for a pure expression of the terroir.
