The Roc Solare Brut Nature cuvée from Champagne Dhondt-Grellet comes from the Coteaux du Sézannais , in the villages of Barbonne-Fayel and Fontaine-Denis , where flint pebbles shape a luminous and mineral terroir.
Blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir , from 45-year-old vines , cultivated with ploughing and respect for living things.
The wine is vinified in stainless steel vats and barrels , with malolactic fermentation and the use of concentrated grape musts . It is composed of 70% of the 2012 harvest and 30% of the perpetual reserve initiated in 1986.
