A signature of elegance in the heart of the Côte des Blancs
The Diebolt-Vallois Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut cuvée brilliantly illustrates the purest expression of Chardonnay . Produced from grapes from Cuis, Chouilly and Épernay , it embodies the finesse and energy of the great chalky terroirs of Champagne.
Made from 80% 2022 and 20% 2021 harvests , the wine is drawn in 2023 , then aged for 2 years on lees in the historic cellars of Cramant . The dosage of 4g/L preserves its mineral tension while letting the fruit speak.
This cuvée is produced by SARL Diebolt-Vallois – NM-505-001 in accordance with Champagne traditions. The result: a straightforward, elegant Champagne that seduces with its freshness and balance.
