The soul of great terroirs, magnified by time
The Prestige Extra Brut cuvée by Diebolt-Vallois is a tribute to the exceptional terroirs of Champagne. Made exclusively from Chardonnay , this wine brings together the emblematic Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs : Cramant, Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger .
The blend is based on 33% 2018 harvest , 51% 2020 , and 16% perpetual reserve (2009 to 2019), aged in tuns . This aromatic complexity is enhanced by 3 years of aging on lees , offering finesse and depth.
The dosage of 4g/L (Extra Brut) respects the natural elegance of the wine. A confidential cuvée, produced in Cramant by SARL Diebolt-Vallois – NM-505-001 .
